Project Coordinator (full time)

for the two-year project “Diagnosis-Related Groups Pilot Project” 

We expect:

• University degree
• At least several years of professional experience 
• Proven managerial experience 
• Interest in or knowledge of health finance/economics
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
• Readiness to work in a team
• High motivation, enthusiasm and commitment
• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian
• Sound knowledge of English (upper-intermediate or better)

The following qualifications will be an asset:

• Medical doctor education
• Experience in hospital / healthcare sector
• Knowledge of health data
• Experience in working with the Ministry of Healthcare
• Experience in the implementation of development projects, preferably World Bank

Key responsibilities will be includes:

• Coordination of all project activities, in particular about 100 regional tranings
• Communication with the Contractor, the Ministry of Healthcare and other stakeholders on matters related to the project
• Monitoring of project implementation and preparation of project reports
