IFES Ukraine оголошує конкурс на заміщення вакансії  Electoral Reform Advisor. Дедлайн - 31 серпня 2017 р. (далі - англ.).

IFES Ukraine requires the services of an Electoral Reform Advisor with international experience to provide targeted support over a 4-month period to develop a detailed action plan aimed to promote electoral reform in Ukraine. The consultancy will include travel to Kyiv, Ukraine.

Specific tasks include the following:

• Deliver a detailed action plan aimed to promote electoral reform in Ukraine, which would include specific timelines and measures aimed to implement that reform so that reform could be implemented at least one year prior to 2019 elections;
• Advise IFES on electoral reform strategies;
• Conduct meetings with IFES and other key stakeholders involved in election law reform, to include political and non-political stakeholders, as well as public figure and opinion leaders;
• Assist IFES in liaising with key stakeholders, to include, but not limited to: lawmakers, civil society representatives, media, international institutions, and other groups;

• Assist IFES in developing messages for key political and non-political stakeholders.
